Bad IPv6 data in IPInfo involving ranges outside of global unicast

There seem to the following ranges present in the IPInfo data (at least on the website and the free DBs) that involve ranges outside the global unicast range 2000::/3, which should not be there.

@08_cupfuls_repay Thank you for the fantastic suggestion. We have pushed an update. Over the coming days, all these IPs will be slowly removed from all our databases.
