To access our database downloads product, please reach out to our sales team at https://ipinfo.io/contact
API plans only provide access via our live API endpoints. If you need a full database file you can download, that’s offered separately as a downloadable product.
The Only Exception to this Rule: IPinfo Lite
The IPinfo Lite product offers both an API and a database download for free.
For the paid products like Core, Plus, and Enterprise, the API products can be purchased through self-service.
IP database downloads (Core, Plus, Location, Residential Proxy etc.) can be purchased through consultation with the sales team.
