Ip address location is probably incorrect

I have an ovh server in mumbai which is on ip 148.113.13.64 i have used check-host.net to check ping and got to know that the ip of ukraine kyiv

is giving me 0.003 s ping

So i suspect that the ip 104.28.192.94 is from mumbai perma link: TCP connect, check port : Check host - online website monitoring

The IP address they show in Ukraine is coming from Cloudflare. The hosting provider is likely tunneling their traffic through Cloudflare Workers.
