[IPinfoHack] Client device audit script

A little project from our archives at work…. A PowerShell script to collect information from client devices including external IP address and populate this in a central CSV file.

We now use $paid for$ software to gather this information, but this script had been used in many of our sites for years to gather an inventory of what was floating about.

Also a shout out to my ex-colleague Elemér Gazda who write 80% of this, pre AI chat bots back in the day.

Maybe next year could you issue stickers to people who can successfully copy and paste the first time :upside_down_face:

Also looks like we’re still getting ~500 API requests a day, so this script is still out there being used. :nerd_face:
