Hello All!

I wanted to share a PowerShell Module I have created to assist with accessing the IPInfo Lite API. I believe those using PS are in the minority here but hopefully it will be useful for some. If you have feedback I would love to hear it this is my first Open Source project so I am sure there are rough spots.
