Residential vs Commercial IP

What fields can help with classifying an IP address as residential vs commercial IP address?
Any input is highly appreciated.
I would like to classify the requests to my API as highly likely to be from a residential IP vs commercial. What fields can provide insights into this?

You can look into the AS type field for this. If the AS type or the company type is marked as ISP , it is a residential IP.
