From multiple IP addresses in AS55836, I receive the following response:

Unfortunately; it just doesn’t affect the API, the website is also not accessible.

Thank you for posting on the community. We are looking into it. We have implemented IP based access control to prevent abuse. I have sent you private message to learn more.
